Install each element on a clean surface. Be sure to install all the rubber magnet elements correctly.

Make sure that the rubber magnet covers the car bodywork evenly.

When fitting the elements, make sure you leave a space of at least 5 mm from the edge.

With time, due to temperature changes, the elements could retract ( +/- 2% at least per metre )

Start with the doors, working from top to bottom.

Then continue with the other elements following the same process.

Lastly, install the small elements.

Don' t forget to clean both sides of the Protec Magnet before and after use.

The elements cannot be used when driving at high speeds.

When the temperature is very cold, it could be more difficult to install the elements for the front mud guards. Just press them on with your hands.

Should the Protec Magnet distort, place it in a warm place.  After in few mintues it will warm up and then you can  install it on the vehicle.

Do not place any electronic device ( telephone, GPS, computers, … ) on the magnet as this could interfare with functionment. ( this does not affect equipment inside the vehicle ).

When the outside temperature is very high ( up to 35°C ), we do not recommend that you use the Protec Magnet. Rubber tends to melt at 70°C and it could stick to the paintwork. If this should happen, you would need to re-polish  the paintwork.

Check the temperature of your Protec Magnet on the body car…

As it is indicated in the conditions of use, When the outside temperature is very high ( up to 35°C ), we do not recommend that you use the Protec Magnet. Rubber tends to melt at 70°C and it could stick to the paintwork.

In order to check the temperature, we sell this small infrared thermometer. You get the right temperature ( +/- 2° ) without any contact, in 1 second.

This thermometer can be used from -33°C to +200°C

Size : 10 mm x 93 mm.

Storage :
If possible, store the elements flat, all elements facing the same way, otherwise, in their original packaging.
Keep in a dry place and do not forget to dry the elements properly before storage.

From January 16th 2007, A new quality of rubber magnet is now used.

From 2003, 2 qualities of rubber magnet were used. One Standard Quality for doors and back mud guards and a premium quality for front mud gaurds, hood kits and small elements.

The premium quality have a magnetic force 100% higher as standard quality.

Now, from january 16th 2007, all kits 4x4 and hood kits are manufactured with the premium quality.

It is available for Classic, Classic tyre Design, Classic Monster Look? Black Mat and zebra ranges.

The other caracteristics are still the same.

We use rubber magnet wich has been developed especially for this use.

The reaserch focused on a very high magnet power according to a soft thick rubber magnet

We try to offer the best quality at the best price and our kits are tested frequently on order to increase the quality for each type of 4WD that ' s why some models can be completed with new elements in order to increase the protection during the year.

Our quality cannot be compared to other quality of soft rubber magnet because of their magnet power and tensile strenght.
